This privacy policy explains how the Clock PH Android app ("Clock PH", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app. By using Clock PH, you agree to the practices described below.
Clock PH is a native, offline-first timekeeping app with four modes: Clock, Alarm, Timer, and Stopwatch. It lets you view the time in different styles (digital, flip, analog, mechanical), set local alarms, run a countdown timer, and use a stopwatch with laps.
Clock PH is designed to work without an account and without an internet connection. The app has no network access, does not connect to any server, and does not display ads.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
Clock PH does not require an account or sign-in, does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal information, and does not identify you. The app does not use analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind, and it never transmits data off your device.
The only information the app stores is the information you create while using it, and it is stored only on your device in the app's private local storage. This includes:
This data is stored in private, app-specific storage on your device and is not accessible to other apps. The app does not use your device's time zone or locale to store anything about you; it only displays time using your device's current time zone, exactly as the system provides it.

None of these permissions are used to collect data, and none of them give the app access to the internet.
Because Clock PH collects no personal data, there is no personal data to use. All locally stored data (settings, alarms, and timing sessions) is used solely to make the features you asked for work: displaying the clock, ringing alarms at the scheduled local time, and tracking timer and stopwatch sessions on your device.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any personal data, because the app does not collect any. Clock PH contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising, no analytics, and no data-sharing partners. Nothing you enter into the app is sent to us or to any third party.
Clock PH enables Android's standard, user-controlled backup feature (allowBackup). Depending on your device settings, Android may back up the app's local data (your settings and alarms) to the Google account associated with your device as part of Android Auto Backup. This backup is managed entirely by Android and Google under their own privacy policies, is controlled by your device backup settings, and is not transmitted to or handled by the developer of Clock PH.

Because no personal data leaves your device, there is nothing to delete on our servers.
Clock PH is not directed to children, and it does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). Because the app does not collect data, there is no data collected from children.
Clock PH stores all data in the app's private, device-local storage, which Android isolates from other apps. The app does not transmit data, so there is no data in transit to protect. No security measure is perfect, but because no personal data ever leaves your device, the risk to your personal information is limited to the security of the device itself.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above, and the current version will always be available at https://privacy.radyoph.com/clockph. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to make them clear, for example by updating this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
